ORDER BOOKING PROCEDURES
Arrangement for Measurement in person or We send you Measurement Specification (On call measurement guidance), and you provide us the Measurement.
- Outfits are made and fitting arrangements made (at the fashion house or client’s home, client bears transportation cost)

FITTING POLICY
Fittings enables us to achieve the fineness and desired clean outlook. We are, therefore, particular about fittings. We therefore plead with our cherished clients to be available for fittings during production.

We encourage clients to attend at least 2/3 fittings depending on the date between the order and the event date and should be SCHEDULED 4-6 weeks ahead of the event to make way for the detailing. At least I fitting for foreign clients.
We therefore encourage foreign clients to book ahead of their events to enable us to produce for shipping and if the need be have the product sent back for any corrections ahead of the event.

Sika Vogue will not be responsible for any issues the outfit may have if the shipment is delayed due to late booking and the inability for the client to receive and fit ahead of schedule
NB: Fitting can be done in the fashion house or at the comfort of Client’s Home (Transportation at the expense of client).
TRAVELING POLICIES
Travelling for Bridal Dress-up is strictly by flight to the following regions: Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and Sunyani. Travelling anywhere else outside Accra, which is not listed above, attracts transportation fees and allowance for the time spent with the Bride. The amount will depend on the location and be made known to the client.
Brides ordering outside Accra must provide suitable accommodation, preferably a hotel, not a motel or guest house.
The choice of hotel accommodation must be decided between the us and the client 2 weeks ahead of the event.
Please give all necessary information about flights and accommodation reservations to the Brand at least two (2) weeks before.
Clients outside Accra shall pay the travel allowance of GH¢1000.Transportation within Accra comes with a fee of GH¢250 per day.
Kindly note that places like Kasoa, Prampram, Tema, etc, are not considered as within Accra.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Bridal dressing room, must have only the Bride, make up artists, hairstylists, photographers, videographers, wedding coordinator and one (1) relative or a friend to helpwith errands in the room where the Bride will dress up. Bridal party and other relatives can come in after the Bride is fully ready.
PAYMENT POLICY
To book an order, a non-fundable payment of 70% of the chosen package should be made. Final payment must be made on the day of tting or a day after.
